Frédérique Lissoir

Frédérique Lissoir is a lawyer and business consultant who helps startups and SMEs implement and execute their business strategy.

Frédérique believes in the potential of tomorrow’s Quebec and seeks to promote local talent from the Canadian entrepreneurial ecosystem. She firmly believes that by organizing entrepreneurs' creativity, we can aspire to more successful and sustainable companies.

She has helped many companies find financing and take their businesses to the next level. Her expertise has led her to be part of many nationwide projects, and she is often called upon as a speaker on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Frédérique is a McGill Law-trained lawyer, a mediator and holds a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen's University (MMIE, 2021). She was admitted to the bar in 2014.

You can generally find Frederique with her dogs (Sahara and Kavir) or at the stables with her three horses (Cashew, Allegra and Calypso). She also loves to cook and is always on the lookout for new recipes in culinary bookstores.

Paul believes strategic plans are instrumental in helping to guide leaders in day-day decision-making and priority setting toward achieving long-term goals. After spending 25 years working as Vice-President in a larger organization, Paul understands many of the challenges facing entrepreneurs, from establishing goals and planning all the way through implementation. He has experience leading many aspects of an organization, including management, sales, customer service, and operations –with a focus on results and building high-performing teams.

Paul is a Mechanical Engineer, with a degree from McGill University. He is an avid hiker and cross-country skier and is passionate about music.

Frédérik Côté

Frederik Côté is a seasoned management consultant who works with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to grow their businesses. After spending 20 years starting, growing and selling his own software companies, Frederik knows what drives an entrepreneur to be successful in his industry. Being at the cusp of the Software AS A Service (SAAS) trend in the early 2000s has afforded him extensive experience in growth management, strategic planning as well as capital financing.

In March of 2007, Frederik was a winner of the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montreal’s Jeune Entrepreneur du Quebec President’s Choice Award. He has been a speaker at eight call center events worldwide in North America, Europe and Asia. Frederik holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of McGill, which subsequently led to his professional designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA, now CPA).

Frederik is passionate about running and cycling. He has run five marathons worldwide, as well as competed in over 25 triathlons, 3 of which are IronMan triathlons. He has always been a diehard Habs fan and has coached little league baseball for over 10 years.

In addition, Nathalie was an elected official at the municipal level where she successfully led many projects requiring collaboration between stakeholders from diverging point of view.

Nathalie holds a BCom degree and a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. She then went on to earn a CA designation, which she held from 1993 to 2009before reorienting her career towards consulting and marketing.

Nathalie is the mother of 2 grown children and is passionate about medicinal herbs and their use in daily life.

When she’s not working, Yosra enjoys spending time with her family. As a food lover, she loves to try new restaurants and share her finds with her friends and family. She is also passionate about music and dance, which she has been practicing for over 20 years!

Chloe has been practicing as a paralegal since 2018 and is primarily specialized in intellectual property and corporate law. She is actively involved in assisting businesses with all legal and business issues that entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs may encounter.

She has the success of her clients and the protection of their projects at heart and strongly believes in the multidisciplinary collaboration at Propulsio 360.

Chloé joined Propulsio 360 in November 2021, after having worked for three years in various firms specialized in intellectual property in Montreal. She also holds a double master's degree in international business law and international trade in France.

In her spare time, you can find Chloé travelling, hiking or walking, discovering new horizons. She is also an avid skier.

Philippe-Antoine St-Pierre Gilbert

Philippe-Antoine studied law at Université Laval and is currently completing a microprogram in Information Technology Law at Université de Montréal. Most recently, he worked as a Privacy Advisor for the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale du Québec. A techno enthusiast, Bill 25 and his compatriots hold no secrets for him. Highlight: Philippe-Antoine played field hockey for a long time. More recently, he has been writing music and sounds that are used by other artists.

Laurent Lissoir

Project Manager

Laurent Lissoir

Laurent Lissoir is a project manager and has been part of the Propulsio team since 2015. He mainly helps innovative industrial, manufacturing and technical services companies to obtain tax credits for their research and development projects.

Laurent is responsible for the preliminary evaluation of the companies' files, the preparation of technical, accounting and tax files and the accompaniment in front of the Canada Revenue Agency.

Laurent is currently completing his studies in actuarial science at the University of Montreal. He is an avid basketball play and he has won several awards in his high school and college career including the AAA College Basketball League's Outstanding Student-Athlete. He also works as a math tutor for high school and CEGEP students.

Josée Dubuc

Josée Dubuc

After nearly 20 years of medical-surgical practice and university teaching in gynecological oncology in several Montreal hospitals and her work with the Ministry of Health and Social Services in the organization of oncology health care in Quebec, Josée Dubuc decided to reorient her career after completing a Master's degree in Business Administration at HEC Montreal (2004). This master's degree, which focused on strategic orientation as well as the evaluation of organization, structure and processes within companies, was put to good use in the pharmaceutical industry where she held positions as research director. With these experiences, she has become a seasoned and versatile business consultant. Today, as Chief Operating Officer at Propulsio 360, she offers her services to start-ups and SMEs to continue building the Quebec of tomorrow.

Olivier Lissoir

Olivier has been part of the Propulsio 360° team since June 2022 and is mainly involved in helping new companies to incorporate. As a law student at the University of Sherbrooke, he also assists our legal team in various tasks that introduce him to the legal world.

In addition to his current studies, Olivier completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Politics at the University of Montreal, which allowed him to work with several politicians before joining our team this year.

Olivier is an avid sports fan. If he's not in the library studying, you'll probably find him chatting with his friends about hockey, basketball or football.
