Who We Are
Propulsio 360° is a Montreal-based law and business firm that provides legal, financial, and business solutions.
Founded by Frédérique Lissoir in 2015, Propulsio 360° has a one-stop-shop approach that allows it to advise its clients on both the business and legal sides simultaneously to support them in the growth of their business. 1
Propulsio 360° offers a variety of services for emerging or well-established businesses, in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. The firm’s legal services include starting-up setup and structure, M&A, corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law as well as strategic intellectual property planning. On the business side of the firm, clients appreciate a diversity of services such as coaching, help with Canadian business implementation, business workshops and R&D tax credits.

Mission
We help small and medium-sized businesses design and create their vision of success by being a multidisciplinary partner. We use our legal and business services as a lever through all aspects of a company's management.
