Frédérique Lissoir is a multilingual, well-traveled lawyer whose intellectual curiosity covers a wide range of areas. Having set foot on all five continents thanks to her academic and humanitarian endeavors, she has notably worked for NGOs in Africa and Central America while her legal training has acquainted her with Chinese business law practices through an internship in a prestigious Beijing law firm. Frédérique has also worked over a number of years for a prominent international law firm based in Montreal.
Driven by her concerns for cultural and ecological issues, Frédérique is committed to working actively for causes dear to her heart, including in the setting of political organizations. As Vice-President of regional development (Entrepreneurship) at the Regroupement des Jeunes Chambres de Commerce du Québec (RJCCQ), Frédérique has the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs from all over the country and to discuss successes and challenges with them. She also recently co-published a report on business transfers in Québec with the RJCCQ. She is also be in charge of the Caravane Régionale de l’Entrepreneuriat (CRE), a grand project where she will visit many regions in Quebec seeking to implement and foster entrepreneurship in all communities. Also, Frédérique represented Canada as a Canadian Delegate at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, in Berlin, in June 2017. Her knowledge of technology, data privacy and challenges surrounding social media make her a modern attorney and a great promoter of innovation.
Frédérique relies on negotiating skills, that owe a great deal to her straightforwardness, to carry through contract negotiations, litigation of any kind or matters related to business law in general. Frédérique’s analytical approach and attention to details come in handy when she helps her clients to set up a viable structure for their company’s business plan. She also enjoys trying to envisage a project’s potential.
Gabrielle Paris Gagnon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law, a Juris Doctor in North American Law and a Master’s Degree from the Université de Montréal. Gabrielle, who is deeply interested in the various international legal systems, has participated in the summer program of the China University of Political Science and Law and has studied the workings of French civil law during a semester at the University of French Polynesia. Motivated by her passion for new technologies, she wrote her thesis on civil liability and artificial intelligence for her LL.M. Gabrielle is better able to understands the legal challenges that companies face when integrating deep learning algorithms into their business model.
Gabrielle began her career in a small law firm in the field of civil and commercial litigation . Her practice is now focuses on business and technology law.
Inspired by the wind of innovation that blows on Montreal, she joined Propulsio 360° Business Consultants L.L.P. in order to guide technologists as well as the broader scientific community towards transposing even the craziest ideas into flourishing businesses.
Arvand Abab is a lawyer who obtained his Bachelor of Law from the Université de Montréal. Having worked as an articling student in a boutique law firm in Montreal, he has garnered hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation. This experience, as well as his involvement in various law firms prior to becoming a lawyer, enabled him to become familiar with a wide array of legal fields.
Ever since the early days of his education, he has worked as a volunteer with several NPOs, including an organization dedicated to the protection of consumer rights. This active participation, cumulated with his strong interest in entrepreneurship, has led him to become a volunteer amongst the chambers of commerce in Quebec. It is through this involvement that the Chambre de commerce de la communauté iranienne du Québec (CCCIQ) appointed him as President of the organization’s Youth Wing. Moreover, he remains active with the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (RJCCQ).
His desire to see the startup and SME industry grow in Quebec and his profound interest in business and transactional law motivated him to join Propulsio 360, where he continuously deploys efforts to achieve his vision!
Miakim Gervais-Henripin has a Bachelor in law (LL.B.) and a Major in English Studies. Having an interest in writing, editing and translating articles in law as well as a variety of other fields, she is content writer at Propulsio 360°. She is also a daily collaborator for an online news website and writes articles and posts for blogs and business web pages.
Moreover, she took part in several humanitarian trips, namely in Honduras, France and England. Whether it is through building renovation in villages or through assisting teachers in unprivileged schools, discovering cultures and helping vulnerable groups drives her. Social, humanitarian and community rights are strong ambitions for her, which is why she co-founded the UNICEF Association of the University of Montreal in 2015, working to raise awareness to children poverty across the globe through talks, events and fundraising.
Furthermore, she actively partakes in the development of nonprofit organizations (NPO) in Montreal and elsewhere in Quebec. She was involved with Chantiers Jeunesse, an organization that oversees the participation of Quebec young volunteers at workcamps abroad, in Europe, South America and Asia, in order to promote solidarity and the sense of community.

Patrick Kuczynski is an avid intrapreneur and has tremendous passion helping “old economy” businesses and emerging businesses grow as capital efficient as possible. Patrick provides entrepreneurs with financial modeling advice, strategy consulting and business development, cash flow optimization as well as financial transaction structuring whether debt, equity, hybrid, royalty, or other structures.
Patrick has a strong desire to help the start-up community succeed and has over 6 years of experience in institutional business and investment analysis more recently at Montrusco Bolton Investments, an asset manager with over $6 billion in assets under management in all sectors that makes initial investments of at least $10M. Patrick has developed a network and expertise in Financial services like Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, Lenders, and Fintech that are surely to benefit SMEs when seeking financing. He has also made numerous recommendations to publicly-listed companies with market capitalizations of over $50M to improve their investor relations and financial disclosure.
Previously, Patrick developed his Finance skills working at iA Securities, the securities brokerage division of iA Financial Group, the 4th largest insurance company in Canada. He performed many due diligence deep dives for business research and M&A transactions including a $100M acquisition. Prior to that, Patrick helped Dundee Capital Markets complete an equity financing round of $41M for a paper & forest company. Patrick was also part of a small team of portfolio managers responsible for a $1.5M endowment fund (KWPMP) at Concordia University for 2 years.
